Our Commitment to Safety

The safety of our patients, caregivers, team members and our community are our top priority.

This includes ensuring that we maintain a COVID-19 safe environment for those entering our facility. We are following all guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and closely monitoring all updates. We have currently implemented several processes to provide a safe environment for our patients, caregivers, and physicians.

For Our Patients

All patients will be required to wear a safety mask and adhere to the CDC recommended guidelines for social distancing. Appropriate social distancing must be maintained in all areas of the facility, including waiting rooms. Chairs have been placed to maintain social distancing guidelines in our waiting room. Please do not move the chairs or safety tape intact on the chairs so that social distancing is maintained.

One caregiver/support person per patient is permitted to accompany a patient to a visit. Any caregiver or support person who has been in the waiting room for more than four hours will be required to have their temperature taken again before entering patient care areas (Pre-OP or Recovery). We will also ask that you wash your hands prior to entering these areas for the continued safety of our patients, staff, and providers.

If you are scheduled for a procedure and either have symptoms of COVID-19 or have had contact with someone who has a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19, please call your surgeon to reschedule your procedure.

For Our Staff

Staff members are required to monitor their temperature at the beginning of each shift and after every four hours of working.

All staff members are required to wear safety masks.

For our Facility

Based on the latest CDC guidelines, we are adhering to enhanced cleaning practices throughout our facility.

Our disinfectants are effective in killing virus that causes COVID-19 and other harmful pathogens. We have increased the cleaning frequency of patient rooms, public and common areas, and restrooms and are terminally cleaning at the end of each day.

We understand that there may be exceptions and extenuating circumstances, and we will do our best to accommodate those needs. We appreciate your help and support of our efforts to keep your loved ones, you, and us safe during these changing times. If you require assistance or information, please do not hesitate to reach out to someone at our front desk.
