Brandon Winchester, M.D.


Brandon WinchesterDr. Winchester provides perioperative anesthesia care and is the regional anesthesia fellowship director at the Andrews Institute for Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. In Dr. Winchester’s previous roles he served as Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at both Duke University Medical Center and the University of North Carolina. Dr. Winchester is passionate about optimizing postoperative pain control, and he specializes in state of the art ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia techniques that significantly improve patient comfort after major surgery. Dr. Winchester and Dr. Hickman are co-founders of the popular ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia education website which teaches doctors, nurses, and patients around the world.
